Candice Anne Marshall has the right to refuse any client who comes to a session with me intoxicated on alcohol or drugs. This also applies to anyone who is seriously ill both mentally and physically since psychology is NOT in my scope or practice as an evidential spirit medium and spiritual healer. These symptoms can be VERY dangerous and can cause serious physical and emotional harm to both myself and my client. If you choose to do a reading with me, you MUST be cleared of any substances for at least 7 days prior to a reading.   

It is my responsibility as a healer to continue to care for my emotional and physical well-being through my own methods of meditation, rest, and personal care as instructed by my mentors (Evidential Spirit Medium, James Van Praagh & Therapist and Medium Kellee White) so that I can be healthy body, mind, and soul for all of you! I will continue to do so for our highest and greatest good. If I am unwell or feeling off, I will not enter into a session with a client. I will reschedule on a day where I am clear of any physical obstruction. 

Please Note: There is a no return policy on any readings and this is listed in my services on my website. If either myself or the client must reschedule for any reason, know that I WILL work with you on a new day and time that best suits us both. 

And finally, ALL readings in the Starlite© Facebook Community are held private and confidentially for the welfare for those who are seeking guidance through the readings I conduct in my Facebook Live events. Anyone who takes any information from this group that is not theirs will be removed immediately and reported. This is a safe space for those who have things they feel they can share with acceptance and love that they may not otherwise receive elsewhere. There is a zero tolerance policy in place for anyone who does not observe and comply with these simple requests as they protect both of us for our highest and greatest good!
